COLLECTION

Thanks for checking out my CGC graded Famous Monsters of Filmland Collection!  

 

I started this in early 2021 as a hobby during the pandemic.  I originally wanted to collect above average copies from 1-36 (the beginning through my birth year) until I realized I was lousy at grading.  I figured a CGC graded copy was a definitive measure.  Now my goal is to collect above average slabs, for each issue 1-36), that are above the CGC average grade for that issue according to the CGC Population Report.  I still have a couple more to go!  See my Most Wanted.

 

The collection has since grown to include other nice copies of covers I really like or owned as a kid.  Along the way I have replaced copies with higher grades and I have put the replaced ones up for sale.
